Womens Ministry - purpose of the United Methodist Women

The organized unit of the UMW shall be a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons
through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global
ministries of the church.  

Our UMW consist of two group design to meet the needs of all women in the Church.  The Day Group meets once a month on the fourth Wednesday's at 11:00AM at the church in Fellowship Hall with programs of various missions, book reports, outings and more.  The Evening Group meets the fourth Tuesday's at 7:00PM in members homes and host a monthly Bible Study designed for women.  Their current study is "Bad Girls of The Bible".   

Our annual pledge to missions is $1000.
